Former Nigeria captain Austin Jay Jay Okocha has wished his former club Paris Saint Germaine the best of luck as they face Bayern Munich in today’s UEFA Champions League final (video after the cut).
PSG qualified for their first ever Champions League final last Tuesday after defeating RB Leipzig 3-0. In a tweet released by PSG, Okocha who played for PSG between 1998 and 2002 was heard saying “Hello, this is Jay Jay Okocha, I just want to say congratulations to the players of Paris Saint-Germain and the manager for qualifying for the final of the Champions League. I wish you all the best for the final. Allez Paris!” While at PSG, Okocha played with the likes of Ronaldinho, Mauricio Pochettino and fellow Nigerian compatriot Bartholomew Ogbeche.
