The European, Spanish and Copa del Rey champions, Barcelona have signed Sevilla right-back Aleix Vidal for a reported fee of £16m – despite their transfer ban. The 25-year-old, who has signed a five-year deal, will not be able to move until January. He could be a replacement for Brazil international Dani Alves who is out of contract with strong suggestions he will not sign a new one.
