Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign England under-21 striker Danny Ings, 22, from Burnley, subject to a medical. The 22-year-old has agreed personal terms with Liverpool and will move to Anfield on 1 July. As he was out of contract and under 24, Burnley will be entitled to compensation.
