UEFA has ordered Dynamo Kiev to play its Europa League quarterfinal against Fiorentina with a partially closed stadium as punishment for fan racism against Everton. Two sections of the Olimpiisky Stadium will be shut for the first leg against Fiorentina next month, after UEFA ruled there was “racist behavior” during the 5-2 home win over Everton last week. Dynamo was also fined 15,000 euros (£11,000) because of fans setting off fireworks.
